1. Where do I find the Item No., Size and Colour to fill out the Order Form?

Each item image contains Item No., Colour and Price. Please copy and paste this as Item No. & Colour when filling out your Order Form

We have also included detailed descriptions and available size. Please indicate your prefereed size on your Order Form

2. Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order as many or as little as you want. Please note that you will save on shipping for larger orders

3. Do your prices incude shipping from the US?

Yes it does. The prices quoted include shipping, taxes and handling from the US. You will have to add local postage rates to your item. Please check Delivery Charges for local postage rates.


4. How do I place an order?

5. Do you have a catalogue or a physical store?

No, we do not. We are an online store.

Since we carry designer tops, the designs change very quickly and sell out within 1-4 weeks.

Making any catalog obsolete within 4 weeks. Consequently we don't produce a catalog. But our website is updated regularly with new items.

6. Can I put myself on a mailing list to be informed about new additions?

Sure thing! Just subscribe to our Newsletter for latest product news, sent to you via email

7. Would you be willing to sell in large quantities?

We'll be happy to supply you with our line of merchandise. Just drop us an email at iwantsexyback@gmail.com and tell us how we can help

8. I have placed my order. What happens next?

Upon receiving your order, we will check to ensure that the styles you ordered are in stock.

We will then send you a confirmation email along with payment instructions.

Payment must reach in within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email

Upon receiving your payment, we will process your order, have the item shipped to us and then delivered to you.

Our order processing works on a pre-order system.

We collate orders on the 25th of every month, so please ensure that you your orders reach us before these dates. If you miss the dateline, we will automatically push your order to the next cycle.

8. What do you mean by pre-order for your processing?

All orders received before the 25th of the month will be processed and sent to the US as a batch. Orders usually take 3 weeks to ship. Therefore, customers will receive their orders by the following month!

For example, if you place an orcder on the 23rd of July, this will be processed as the July Batch and you will receive your items in August. Should you have placed your order on the 27th of July, then your order gets processed as the August Batch orders!.

9. How can I make payment?

Please refer to our Ordering Guide which contains payment details.

10. I can't find your bank account details on your blog. What should I do?

We do not post our bank details on our blog. Please wait for the confirmation email which carries details on payment as well.

11. I am an international customer? What are my shipping costs and how can I make payment?

For International customers, please email us at iwantsexyback@gmail.com for a shipping quote prior to placing an order. International orders are shipped via courier.

Payment can be made via international bank transfers. We will furnish you with our IBAN No, on the confirmation email to aid you in making your payment.

12. When must i make payment?

Please remit payment within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email. Otherwise we will cancel your order

13. Can I add additional items, combine separate orders and change an order after its been placed?

After an order has been placed additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items you would need to place a new (separate) order and separate shipping charges would apply.

We cannot combine separate orders and separate shipping charges will apply to all orders placed separately. This means that if you place more than one order it will be shipped separately and separate shipping charges will apply.

14. How can I cancel an order?

We can only cancel an order if the order has not been processed or packaged. There is a cancellation fee of RM40. Therefore please be sure before placing an order so that you will not need to cancel.

15. Do you ship outside of Malaysia?

Yes, we do have International customers. Please check with us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Also, please note that all taxes for incoming goods into your country will be borne by the buyer

16. I want to send my order as a gift, all wrapped and pretty. How do I do this?

We'd love to help you put a smile on someone's face!

Just select the Gift Wrapping option when placing an order and include a message on the
Remarks field on your Oder Form. We will gift wrap the merchandise and send it off to the lucky receiver!

Kindly note that there is a Gift Wrapping charge of RM 8 per order.

17. I may not be home when the postman delivers my stuff. Can I have my orders hand-delivered to me?

As long as you live in KL or PJ, this service is applicable to you. Delivery charges to PJ are RM 20 and to KL is at RM30. Please refer to our Delivery Charges

18. How long will it take for me to receive my orders?

Ideally it takes between 3-4 weeks for you to receive your order. This is because we usually order on a frequent basis from our suppliers abroad to ensure that the styles always current!

19. I've placed an order but still haven't received a confirmation email. What do i do?

We usually send out confirmation emails within 48 hours of receiving the order. In case you don't hear from us, please drop us a line at iwantsexyback@gmail.com

20. What is your return policy?

Since we are an online store, we do not accept returns unless the goods are damaged or are not according to order.

Please scour though the size charts prior to ordering to ensure the best fit possible.

21. Is there a loyalty card program for frequent buyers?

We are in the midst of setting up the Got Sexy Back Loyalty Card. Sign up for our Newsletter to stay in the loop for the latest on this!

22. I'm trying to find a gift for my girlfriend but i don't know what would be the ideal present! Can you help?

Sure thing! Just send us an email with your loved one's clothing size or better still measurements, and we'll reply with some recommendations. Try and tell us what kind of styles she likes and her fashion likes to help us along! No extra charge!

23. Do these items come with tags?

Some have tags on them whilst others don't.

These items are sold at a fraction of their original cost and sometimes tags do have to be removed for customs inspections.
